| + Characters are limited to the ones present in the Persona Dancing games by default (Unless I have already made them, but that comes at an extra price. Or, you provide a model of your OC.) to avoid artstyle clashes; feel free to contact me to discuss exceptions. That being said, I can make a model for an eventual OC of yours/Character not present in the Persona Dancing games, but for that you'll have to take another commission at: https://forms.gle/6nuvpFh4JfxckQCF9 |
| + I can deny the commission if I don't feel comfortable with the request or anything similar. (ex. ships with big age gaps or problematic ones) |
| + I will only start working on your commission after I have received payment. I prefer payments through PayPal. |
| + I have the right to take my time I need with your commission. I have this as a side job to have some extra money but I do unfortunately have to attend an Academy for 4 hours 3/4 times a week AND an undetermined amount of hours because of laboratory. |

| + Refunds will be 50% the amount that was originally payed after 24h. I will refund the whole amount anytime if I find myself feeling not suitable for the request you had, and will possibly direct you to someone more appropriate. |
| + I do offer NSFW commissions at an extra price but, you must be 18+ to choose that option. If I find out you're under the age of 18, I will stop working on the commission and you will not receive a refund. If I find out after the commission is done that you are underage, I will make it publicly known and let other creators know. |
| + Kinks/Fetishes count as NSFW. |
| + Feel free to ask for updates, but please don't bother me about it. You'll receive some as soon as possible. |
| + Commissioned renders can be posted by myself on my Twitter, by yourself on social media accounts WITH credit given, or can be kept private on both sides. |
